We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines carefully.


1.    Final Sale Policy
All items sold on our website are Returned but
Inspected as Unused products. All purchases made on our website are Final. Returns are not acceptable, except in the cases below which must be reported within 7 days of delivery and will be subject to our verification: 
•    Verified product defect
•    Incorrect item received


2.    How to Submit a Claim
•    Contact our customer service team by sending an email to service@grneo.com within 7 days of delivery.
•    Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence.
•    Our team will review your case. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions (including, if needed, how to return the item for inspection).


3.    Refund Process
•    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection and verification.
•    If the issue reported is confirmed and accepted by us (i.e. defect, incorrect item as stated in paragraph 1 above), we will cover all shipping costs related to the verification/return process.


4.    Important Notes
•    Claims submitted 
after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
•    Refunds will not be granted for any issue caused by misuse, alterations, improper storage, or damage occurring after delivery.
•    We do not offer an exchange of the returned product. Therefore, please place a new order if you would like the same or a similar item after a refund.
•    Premium Memberships are digital services and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Annual fees of the Premium Membership are billed upfront for a full 12-month term, including any partial or unused time. You can turn off auto-renew at any time; your Premium Membership will stay active until the end of the 12 months. To keep your benefits as a Premium Member after it expires, please renew your Premium Membership.
